What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:

✔ Afterpay (Buy now, pay later)
✔ All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
Do you offer coupons or discount codes?
Occasionally, we offer exclusive discounts to our Shop Fashion Savvy subscribers. Subscribe to our mailing list to gain access to special promotions and members-only offers.
Order Processing & Changes
Can I cancel or make changes to my order after placing it?
We understand that mistakes happen! If you need to make a change, please email us within 30 minutes of placing your order at info@shopfashionsavvy.com.
- Size adjustments may be possible if your order has not been processed.
- Refunds will follow our Terms & Conditions policy.
Shipping & Processing
How much is shipping?
- Flat-rate shipping: $10 for all orders under $125.
- Free shipping: Orders over $125.
- Overnight shipping: Available upon request. Please email info@shopfashionsavvy.com for pricing.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
- In-stock orders: Processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
- Custom orders: Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
- Pre-orders: Refer to the product listing for estimated shipping time.
📩 You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has shipped or is ready for local pickup.
How long does it take to process pre-orders?
- Each pre-order will have an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) based on vendor timelines.
- Orders will ship on or before the given ETA, unless the vendor changes the timeframe.
- If there are vendor delays, we will notify you immediately and update the ETA in your order status.
- Refunds or credits will not be issued unless the order exceeds 30 days past the original ETA.

🕒 Salon Hours:
- Wednesday - Friday: 9 AM - 6 PM
- Saturday: 9 AM - 2 PM
