ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated.
Custom, made-to-order, preorder, personalized, or limited-production items may require additional processing time. Estimated timelines for specialty items will be communicated within the product listing or order confirmation when applicable.
During launches, holidays, pop-ups, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.
FINAL SALE POLICY
All sales are final.
If there is an issue with your order, customers must contact us within 2 days of confirmed delivery. Approved requests may qualify for store credit only.
To be eligible for store credit consideration:
- Item must be unworn, unused, and unaltered
- Original tags and packaging must be included
- Item must be returned in original condition
- Proof of purchase is required
Store credit will not be issued for:
- Incorrect sizing selections
- Delayed shipping carrier issues
- Minor color or texture variations due to screen settings
- Wear, damage, or alterations after delivery
Shop Fashion Savvy reserves the right to deny any request that does not meet these requirements.
SHIPPING
Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shop Fashion Savvy is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, lost packages, or incorrect shipping information submitted by the customer.
LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup orders will be fulfilled through Fashion Savvy Beauty Bar.
Customers will receive notification once orders are ready for pickup. Valid order confirmation may be required at pickup.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content including branding, graphics, logos, photography, videos, product descriptions, designs, styling concepts, and creative assets are property of Shop Fashion Savvy and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
DIGITAL & AI CONTENT
